It was an interesting listen which highlighted culpability from many. A lot of farmers were stung but there was an element of "if it's too good to be true" about some of the stories. Still, Phillips history of failed businesses, running up of large debts and personal bankruptcy do make one question how he could have been in a position to get such a venture started.
