After a bit of advice on a replacement seat for my Ares. Current mechanical suspension Isringhausen seat is pretty buggered (fair enough after 17 years!).
Was looking at a Grammer Maximo basic, which seems to be similar to the outgoing seat. Don't want to spend a huge amount of money but started thinking about replacing with an air suspension seat...so, question is, how easy to wire up if not previous standard fit?
There is a disconnected cable under the current seat on the tractor side but guessing this is more likely to be for an operator presence sensor in a seat than powering an air seat? What kind of current does an air seat draw and where's the best place to splice to?
Cheers for any help anyone can offer!
Want to share, ask, moan or just tell the world about something to do with your Renault tractor? Well, you can do that here if you want.
